Meet Cristina Mineo, a real estate investor and entrepreneur. Born and raised in New York City. A proud alumna of Hunter College, Cristina pursued her degree in sociology while juggling both work and school.

After College, Cristina married a traveling musician and decided to pursue a career with more flexibility. Cristina initially made her mark in New York's bustling salon scene. However, her life took a transformative turn when she and her husband, Andy Mineo, relocated to Atlanta in 2019. It was here that Cristina discovered her passion for real estate investment.

In just under 5 years, Cristina has built a diverse and thriving portfolio of rental properties, full gut rehabs, multi-family homes, furnished mid term rentals, new builds and lucrative flips.

Cristina is uniquely gifted with both financial acumen and a fervor for creativity, innovation, and design. She is driven by a mission to make stunning designs more accessible to fellow investors and rehabbers, while also developing tools she wished she had when she started her real estate journey.

Meet Lindsey Rodriguez, designer and real estate professional with an eye for design and a knack for making spaces truly special. Lindsey's all about that perfect blend of beauty and functionality, and her hardworking spirit and creative vision make her a very dedicated designer.

In 2021, Lindsey embarked on an exciting venture alongside her husband, diving into the world of real estate investment. Together, they took the plunge into the world of real estate investment by unlocking the doors to their first rental property - a duplex ripe with potential. After some strategic renovations, they transformed one unit into their cozy abode while renting out the other, setting the stage for a dynamic investment journey. It was within these walls that Lindsey's love and passion for design and real estate truly blossomed.

Between transforming spaces, you'll find Lindsey immersed in the simple joys of life – gardening, strolling along the Atlanta Beltline, and sipping on her go-to iced oat milk latte. And of course, she's not alone on these adventures – her furry companions are always by her side, adding an extra dose of love and warmth to every moment. For Lindsey, life is a delightful mix of love, design, and finding happiness in the little things, all shared with her adorable pups and husband.
